Budapest
Budapest surprised me. Split by the Danube into Buda and Pest, it has a completely different feel on each side. The ruin bars are genuinely unique — bars built inside abandoned buildings with mismatched furniture and courtyard vibes. Thermal baths, affordable food, and a nightlife scene that goes until morning. One of the best value cities on the continent.
