Luleå
Luleå sits on the Gulf of Bothnia in northern Sweden and has a frontier quality to it — a city that exists because of industry and has built a life around that. The archipelago outside the city is stunning and largely undiscovered. In winter it's one of the best places in Europe to experience the Arctic properly. A city that rewards curiosity.
