Sevilla
Sevilla operates on its own time — dinner at 10pm, streets alive at midnight, and a heat in summer that forces you to adapt. The architecture is extraordinary: the cathedral, the Alcázar, the narrow streets of the Santa Cruz quarter. Flamenco here isn't a tourist show, it's a living thing. One of the most atmospheric cities in Europe. Going with a friend made it better — Sevilla is a city for sharing.
